Affirmation: Clarity & Strength

I know that I am a part of all there is. The universal love energy flows through me and gives me strength to become aware and understand the inner workings of my subconscious mind. 

I bring forth my fears and anxieties and release them with ease. I am whole and complete, conscious of all my actions and reactions. I become me. I become all that I can be with ease and grace. I also open myself up to the power of myself, and allow me to be whole on every level. 

It is the knowing that this universal energy is with me in everything I do that I am to surrender and allow the force and power to be with me now. I am relaxed and at one with my own power and strength. I am whole. I give thanks for this knowing that I am supported and loved by the Divine energy, and I release this thought with great gratitude in being part of the whole. And So It Is. Amen.
