Affirmation: Oneness

I know there is one power, one essence and that power is within me. As it is within me I breathe into it drawing strength to accept what is. Releasing my fear and concern of the future, I move into the present and accept my own inner power, light and love. I am one with all there is. 

I am strong in accepting what is. I am at peace with my future. I know each step I take along the way will be for my highest and best as I accept now what is my truth. I am connected, I am one with the force of life. I give thanks in this knowing. I release this now as I have accepted what is and my truth of inner strength. And So It Is. Amen!
